Refund and Returns Policy

Know more about our Refund and Returns Policy here. We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.


30 Day money back Guarantee:

If you are not happy with your purchase, have a change of mind or place an incorrect order, you are eligible for a product return within the first 30 days of purchasing (minus shipping cost if it is a change of mind/incorrect purchase). The products returned must be in the original packaging, in new and unused condition, free of defects with all accessories, cables and spares included.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition when you received it; unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. To process a return, you can contact us at returns@signaturebatteries.com.au.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@signaturebatteries.com.au.

Returns

If any product ordered by you arrives damaged or is not of acceptable quality you may have:

  • rights under the Refund Policy
  • legal rights and remedies in Australia under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other rights under other consumer laws applying in each Australian State and Territory and/or
  • To have the product repaired or replaced or to receive a refund at the discretion of Signature Batteries for the price paid by you for the product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
